About Me

Meet Cody Brenner

I'm Cody Brenner, a Creative Director, Graphic Designer and Photographer, who graduated with a degree in Visual Communications from Tyler Junior College in 2020. My talent and dedication have been recognized through notable achievements, including winning the NISOD Student Graphic Arts Contest in 2019.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned organizations such as the Apache Belles, working with esteemed pageant winners, and serving various educational institutions in Texas. I utilize my expertise to fuel my passion projects and help others fulfill their dreams through the power of branding and design.

Since 2012 I've continuously applied my skills in every organization I've been involved with, crafting impactful logos, t-shirts, posters, flyers, video trailers, and more in the pursuit to rid the world of poor design.

Design Life

My design journey began with a humble start, crafting simple wallpapers and online graphics for a church in Arizona. Over the past 14 years, I've relentlessly honed my skills, ultimately creating graphics for some of Texas' most iconic names. My path led me to incredible opportunities, including collaborating with the internationally famous Tyler Junior College Apache Belles, where I utilized my photography and design expertise. Prior to that, I had the privilege of working with the nationally recognized Creekview Chevals. Notably, organizations and businesses regularly seek me out for logo designs, posters, and flyers, trusting me to elevate their events with my artistic touch. Additionally, I've had the pleasure of working closely with Miss Gay East Texas, crafting impactful promotional materials. I also take great pride in winning the 2019 NISOD National College Student Graphic Arts Contest and having my artwork featured on all promotional materials for the prestigious 2020 NISOD International Conference on Leadership and Excellence, hosted by The University of Texas at Austin.

Personal Life

I was born and raised in Southern California with my twin sister, Kayli. I have lived in California, Arizona and Texas, where I currently live with my cat, T’Challa. Immersed in various creative pursuits, I find joy in singing karaoke, designing anything that comes to my mind, indulging in video games, capturing moments with my Polaroid camera, or engaging in hands-on art projects. Additionally, I am quite a nerd and my passion extends to the realms of Marvel Comics, Star Wars, Harry Potter (Screw you, J.K. Rowling), and Doctor Who, where I draw much of my inspiration. These worlds serve as a constant source of creative fuel, sparking my imagination and influencing my artistic endeavors.
